Hello Wipro Fellows:
I hope this email finds you all doing well and gearing up for an exciting academic year! I am writing to communicate important information regarding your face-to-face instructional day, scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2014. Your cohort had asked about the possibility of arranging a trip for you to come to the MSU campus. Well…we are making it happen! We have confirmed arrangements to host you on campus for the weekend of Friday, December 5 – Sunday, December 7, 2014. Transportation and lodging information is provided below. In addition to your Saturday instruction, it is also our intent to plan a campus tour – and anything else we can think of to make you feel like Spartans – Saturday evening and Sunday morning!!
Below, I have provided the travel and lodging information. In order to confirm arrangements, I will need you to reply to me, via email response, indicating the following:
- YES or NO, I will ride the transportation provided on December 5th and December 7th from and to Chicago/East Lansing.
- YES or NO, I will accept the individual room lodging accommodation at the East Lansing hotel.
Please provide me your responses as soon as possible, but no later than next Friday, August 29, 2014.
